Manufactured: Sept. 1972 in Götenborg, Sweden and exported (5th digit = 3) to Florida, USA (?) - and form there to Luxenbourg (?). Tires/wheels: 175 R14 Gislaved Speed 316 T tires and ATS aluminum wheels (4 wheels) and original Volvo wheels (5 wheels) with Continental T5 165 HR 15 Radial tires Audio System: Blaupunkt stereo radio, has original Volvo 2-speaker sound system. Upgrades: H4 headlights; March 2002: Both seats, gaspedal and all carpets removed. Random surface rust on floor removed and painted with Rustoleum. Handbrake assembly removed and overhauled with new handbrake switch. Seatbelt switch-arrangement for both seats repaired. Valves adjusted and motor and motorspace thoroughly washed. Old mats and old glue removed from hood and new sound isolating mats installed. Adjusted the handbrake drum-assembly on both rear wheels. Future Upgrades: No more upgrades - the car is SOLD !! The car is not registered - but can be, as a veteran - as it was manufactured in 1972. |
