Sathya Sai Baba’s Megalomania in full bloom

How standpoints change as understanding progresses

False Predictions by India’s Revered “Omniscient Avatar"

Cover-up of Murder at the Sathya Sai College, Puttaparthi

More Mysteries at Puttaparthi

Deaths and disappearances at Sathya Sa ashrams investigated by murder-threatened aged critic and BBC-celebrated Indian sceptic, Basava Premanand.

Sathya Sai Baba’s ashrams, deaths and suicides

Some of the many deaths, suicides, murders and other untoward incidents which ashram authorities to all the can to cover up, often sending all visitors and residents away with only hours of notice.

Sathya Sai Baba thumbs down on humanity

Further quotations from Sathya Sai Baba which demonstrate with all clarity that he is megalomaniacal beyond all measure.

Global Warming and Prophesies

Sai Baba's ignorance about the ozone layer, CO2 'smoke' emissions and about the threats of global warming again proves him not to be omniscient, but essentially an uneducated byt smart villager. He uses cars constantly and regularly hires entire airtliners to go on holiday, so his own 'carbon footprint' is bigger than that of most Indians.

India’s prophesied future world leadership?

Prophesies about a clean-up of Indian life and morals made by Sathya Sai Baba, who claims nothing he undertakes or decides can ever fail, have never been realised. His students have made no impression on India's predicted world leadership, which is more of a leadership in poverty of the masses than a moral revival.

Sai Baba’s ‘Religious Universalism’ is based on gross ignorance

Sathya Sai Baba demonstrates almost complete ignorance of the history and culture of other mainstream religions than Hinduism. His claim to present a 'universal spirituality' or 'Sai religion' is therefore entirely bogus, as he is painfully unaware of the real differences involved.

Sai Baba and the lunatic fringe

An amusing example of how wild the ideas and activities of many Sai Baba devotees often are. A Danish 'clairvoyant' artist imagines she can live on molecules of light and the world huinger problems can be solved. More surprising is that her listneners applaud her madness.

Indian Development, Religious Myth and Superstition

India's development is held back by superstition and false religious beliefs, as shown most clearly by the mass protests over the proposed channel which would go through the imagined ‘Rama’s bridge’ to Sri Lanka

Report: few Westerners stay in or even visit Sai ashrams

Various local reports and photographic evidence show that fewer and fewer Westerners, especially from North American and European nations, are going to visit Sai Baba in Puttaparthi or Whitefield. Many countries with good IT connections are apparently more affected by this fall-off of followers than others.

Dr Venkataraman, a victim of emotional blackmail?

The sad case of Dr. G. Venkataraman is another in a long line of emotional blackmails by Sathya Sai Baba, who exploits people's vulnerabilities to amke them dependent on his supposed 'grace' and petty privileges at his ashrams (at the 'feet of God Incarnate')

Sai Baba and India’s atomic arsenal

Hypocrisy over non-violence is rife in India, where Mahatma Gandhi's ideals are touted but a vast nuclear and military arsenal has been built, with the silent acquiescence of Sathya Sai Baba, and with his public support of the governments and individual responsible!

Indian Government in major battle on Rama mythology
Government-proposed canal through the 'Rama bridge' between Sri Lanka and India caused riots. Government backs down, minister offers to resign! Another victory for superstition and nationalistic religious fanaticism.

All wild animals gentle, but for man's influence (said Sai Baba)
Carefully edited senile ramblings to an adult audience 22-8-2007 by Sai Baba... on how elephants want bananas, on happy giraffes and zebras and all wild animals essentially as tame as can be!

Top Sai Baba leader spills the beans
Leonardo Gutter, top Sai official in South America, and fully signed-up blind believer, makes incredible and unsupportable claims about thousands and thousands of miracles - and recycles false fantasy stories about Sai Baba and tax officials etc.

Failed Clandestine Political Lobbying by the Prashanthi Council
Among many failed attempts to induce top world leaders to support Sai Baba, mostly clandestine, Dr. M. Goldstein prematurely claimed to be awaiting for a letter defending Sai Baba from sex allegations (unsupported by any investigation whatever) to be "subscribed by dignitaries of the whole world,” including signatures of the President of El Salvador and Guatemala, as well as Al Gore, former vice-president of the United States. No such luck! Neither with Tony Blair or the White House!

Faked “miracle”: crucifix given by Sai Baba to Dr. Hislop
A cheap crucifix given to John Hislop was supposed to have been materialized by the paranormal powers of Sai Baba and contain actual wood from the Cross! All this has been soundly refuted by experts.

9/11 and Sathya Sai Baba’s claimed intervention!

Dr. M. Goldstein claimed that on September 11, the devotees that worked at the Twin Towers and the Pentagon didn’t go to work that day or were late getting to their jobs due to the divine protection of Sathya Sai Baba. Of the actual victims, Leonardo Gutter said "that was the destiny of those who died there" Hard luck eh! In a grotesque follow-up, US Sai officials arranged to get the mayor of St. Louis to declare Sepotember 11 'Sai Baba day' and the Sai Organization held a heavily-promoted meeting on that day for no other reasons than to use the dreadful anniversary to promote themselves and their guru! Disgusting?

Sai Baba’s political marionettes
Sai Baba dresses up Indian Presidents and Prime Ministers in absurd robes of pomp and parades them like playthings on occasion at Prashanthi Nilayam. Why they submit to such public humiliation (which it surely is in the eyes of the wide non-devotee world) can be partly explained by money, power and probably desperation for votes from any quarter.

Sai Baba’s failing health
Photo evidence strongly suggests that Sathya Sai Baba is no longer fully compos mentis, backed up by his many recent absurd statements and signs of confused behaviour. He and his ashram are nonetheless now being promoted as mere tourist attractions (though no one who is not a total believer in his divinity can meet him in person any longer).
