Use Sound Watcher to monitor 3 folders with sub folders.
I use this tool to monitor my temp folders for sound files,
when a sound file is found is this copied to a folder.
 

Monitor folders and only see a ballon when a file is created.

It is also possible to do a manuel scann and select the files you like to copy to a folder.
