Cicy Check it is a small tool to use to set / change
all needed settings for Internet Explorer, Outlook Express 6, Windows Mail and
Windows Live Mail to run
stationery's like we are used to in one click.
Manualy setup Outlook Express , Windows Mail , Windows Live Mail and Outlook to run
stationery.
Install needed filter dll's and run what is installed from the same tool.
Change Internet Explorer activex compatibility.
In IE7 are Direct animation DX6 disabled, use Cicy Check it tools to
enable and disable direct animation DX6

Extract messages (eml or nws files) from Outlook Express and Windows Mail personal folders.
Select to save as unsent eml or nws.
Select to extract cleaned html.
Select to extract files.
