Cicy is a free program that I'm writing while I'm playing.

You can use Flash and Images in your html email creations and html pages

Cicy is basically a program to build slide show for use in Outlook Express / Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail and html pages.

Cicy simplifies the creation of e-mail stationery and of slideshow web pages
Share your images easy as email slideshow with friends and Family.
Use your favorite Youtube movie in Email.
Use your favorite swf Flash movie in Email.
Add background sound in Email

Save as :
Eml, Nws, Mht, Htm and Cicy project file
Create :
Slideshow,Ripple Slideshow, Ripple, Scrolling backgrounds, MSAgent, Time2, Popup, Vml,filter effects,DA DirectAnimation (Da doesn't work in IE7).
Create Vml slideshow from installed fonts.

Supports JPG, GIF, animated GIF, and PNG formats.
Supports MacroMedia flash/ Swish: swf (embed or stream)
Supports wav, midi, mp3, wma, asf (embed or streaming)

Win 98/ME /XP and Vista Filters
Supported effect filters :
Alpha, BasicImage, Blur, Chroma, Compositor, DropShadow, Emboss, Engrave, Glow, Light, MaskFilter, Matrix, MotionBlur, Pixelate, Shadow, and Wave.
Supported transition filters :
Barn, Blinds, CheckerBoard, Fade, GradientWipe, Inset, Iris, Pixelate, RadialWipe, RandomBars, RandomDissolve, Slide, Spiral, Stretch, Strips, Wheel, and Zigzag.

If you are not sure on how to setup Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail then you should use Cicy Check it's Autosetup.
